Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully repackage your items in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all components, manuals, and software are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Shipping and Logistics

    Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our designated US-based service center via a tracked carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
